Love it! I eyed a similar piece that was 1/2 an hour for me for a good month. It was only $15, and I can't believe it lasted on CL so long! It KILLED me that I did not have a way to get it (car was in the shop for a month and a HALF!). Did you end up making your own gesso, or buying it premade?
ReplyDeleteLove, love! I make my own chalk paint, as well. And now I'm painting EVERYTHING.
ReplyDeleteCabinet is just gorgeous! I love the homemade chalk paint I have been using. Especially for the cost plus I can use up all the leftover paint. Great job Liz!
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful!! I love the soft color...now how to make chalk paint!?

ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip on where you get your Calcium Carbonate. Love the piece you painted. BTW, what do you use to watermark your photos? In Photoshop it takes so long to do.
